About us

We clean houses and flats in Hammersmith, and have done for years. Ovens are the only thing we do, which is why we are quicker at it than a general cleaner.

How we work

The racks, trays and shelves come out and go into a heated tank in the van. That soak does the work no amount of scrubbing at the sink will, and it keeps the mess out of your kitchen. The cavity, the glass and the seals are done by hand while the tank runs.

The products are fume-free and caustic-free, so you can use the oven as soon as we have finished. Nobody has to leave the house while we work.

How we price

One price per appliance, agreed before we start, with nothing added for travel or parking. We publish the lot on the prices page rather than making you ring to find out.

What we will not tell you

We will not promise that every oven comes out looking new. Some do not. Enamel that has crazed, a door glass etched by years of heat, a bottom plate that has pitted: none of that is dirt, and no cleaner will shift it. We will tell you on the day rather than after you have paid.

Complaints

If something we cleaned is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to it. That is easier for everyone than an argument about a bill.
